Jackman is honestly one of my favourite bands at the moment (hence why I am starting with them) and in my opinion a prime example of Kansai talent.

Jackman is a four man band consisting of a vocalist [Azu] Guitarist [Mike] Bass guitarist [LonLon] and Drummer [ROI] signed under the Planet Child Music label

A Quick Introduction (before the fun begins)

Welcome to my music blog

Here I will go by the name of Star.

For my first entry here I won’t go into a really in-depth introduction, just point out the key factors of why I love music, and what kind of content I will put on my blog.

Currently I am a Australian girl living in the Osaka prefecture of Japan, I have always loved all kinds of music, with a particular taste for music from Japan, and offcourse being able to live in Japan has only increased this, but I have been lucky enough to see just how many talented musicians there are in Osaka (in fact the entire Kansai area)

So for this blog I will be mainly focusing on providing information on the amazing Kansai talent in the music scene here. This means you can expect live reports, band recommendations, general band updates as well as release information.

(but occasionally I also might provide information on a band with no Kansai connection, but this will only be done so under special circumstances)
